Funding in dirhams

In brief
A reader in the Emirates holds dirhams, and cTrader's list prints the US dollar for every copy broker, with euros and pounds beside many of them. This page counts what the list prints about currencies and deposits on 6 November 2026, shows one piece of conversion arithmetic on invented figures, and lists what no page this site read answers.
What the list prints about currencies
Of the 24 copy-flagged entries, 24 print the US dollar as a base currency, 18 the euro and 16 the pound, and 1 prints the UAE dirham. FxPro's printed currencies were EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, JPY, PLN, AUD, ZAR, NGN, VND, THB, MYR, IDR; the dirham is not among them. The list's field is the account currency, which is where the account's balance and its profit and loss are expressed.
Account currencies the list prints for the copy entries
The field is the list's, per entry. The dirham is not among FxPro's printed currencies. Source: ctrader.com/copy/brokers, read on 6 November 2026.
| Currency | Entries printing it |
|---|---|
| US dollar (USD) | 24 |
| Euro (EUR) | 18 |
| Pound sterling (GBP) | 16 |
| UAE dirham (AED) | 1 |
What follows from a dollar account
If the account is in dollars, money entering from a dirham account is converted once on the way in, and money leaving is converted once on the way out. Each conversion has a rate and may have a charge, from the bank, the card, the payment provider or the broker. The profit or loss of a copied trade is in the account's currency, so the same result expressed in dirhams also depends on the two conversions. This is arithmetic, and the next table shows it on invented figures.
Converting dirhams to dollars and back, on invented numbers
Invented: AED 11,000 sent to a dollar account at a conversion of 3.70 dirhams per dollar with a charge of 1%, and the dollars later converted back at 3.65. These are not quotes; no bank's rate or fee was read.
| Step | Arithmetic | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Dirhams to dollars | 11,000 / 3.70 | USD 2,972.97 |
| After a conversion charge | 2,972.97 less 1% | USD 2,943.24 |
| Back to dirhams, same dollars, other rate | 2,943.24 x 3.65 | AED 10,742.84 |
Reading the conversion example
The example loses nothing to a position: the only movement is the money passing through two conversions. Dirhams 11,000 become USD 2,972.97 and, after a charge of 1%, USD 2,943.24; sent back at a different invented rate they become AED 10,742.84. The difference is the cost of the round trip on these made-up numbers. This site read no page on the dirham's exchange arrangement and states no rate; a reader gets the actual rate and charge from the bank or provider used.
Minimum deposits printed on the 24 copy entries
24 of the 24 entries print a minimum deposit, in US dollars; the largest printed is USD 500. Source: ctrader.com/copy/brokers, read on 6 November 2026.
| Minimum deposit printed | Entries |
|---|---|
| No minimum deposit printed (USD 0) | 5 |
| USD 1 to 10 | 3 |
| USD 11 to 100 | 11 |
| More than USD 100 | 5 |
Minimum deposits
Of the entries printing a minimum deposit, 5 print USD 0 and 5 print more than USD 100, the highest being USD 500. FxPro printed USD 100. The strategy's own minimum investment is a separate figure that sits on top of the broker's minimum deposit, and the page on the cards shows those minimums run from USD 100 to USD 50,000.
What no page read answers
Which payment methods FxPro accepts from the UAE, in which currencies a bank transfer is received, who charges for conversion, and how long a withdrawal takes. None of these is on the cTrader pages this site read, and the broker's terms were not read for this page. They are questions for FxPro and for the reader's bank, and they are worth asking before the first deposit because they set the cost of getting in and out.
What a dirham-based reader does with this
Nothing in the list tells a reader to prefer a dollar account or a dirham account. The list shows that only {V.AED} of {NB} copy entries print the dirham as a base currency, and the rest of the question is a cost question that depends on the numbers in the reader's own bank and in the broker's terms.

Does this site say what a conversion costs?
No. The figures in the example are invented.
Which payment methods work from the UAE?
Not stated on any page read. A question for the broker.
Is the strategy minimum in dirhams?
The cards print US dollars.
The broker this site links to
This site links to FxPro, which cTrader's list marks as a copy-enabled broker. A copied trade is a leveraged contract on a price, not ownership of anything. Read the terms before you decide anything.
